Well today was the first real day of work on the project.

I removed the doors and took all bolts out that hold the pan and body together. Its not my pan so I want to get them ready to be separated when the time comes.

The fenders, hood, decklid and front apron were gone when I got it.

With the pan and body ready to separate when needed I moved to the car itself. Someone went nuts with the blue carpet. I yanked all that out. then pulled all the old wiring. We fabbed up from door opening holder things. The roof will be off soon so I wanted to keep the whole thing from sagging. I have the angle iron ready to go in place but I was too tired to do more. Does not seem like much but it was. The body was rolled next to the shop until next Sunday.

Next week I will be putting in some door gusets and some of the rear bracing. Might even get the roof cut off.
